The spacious wooden deck with dining furniture and large umbrella flows onto the elevated, bean shaped swimming pool (with solar heating), which is fenced off for peace-of-mind child safety. A grassy garden area is ideal for the kids to run around in and play while still being watched by their parents from the wooden deck above. You may be tempted to spend your day in the hammock on the deck, gently rocking back and forth in the warm mountain breeze, engrossed in your favourite book or just enjoying the great views.
The master bedroom comfortably takes up the attic area and also offers great mountain views. The en-suite bathroom gives the occupant complete privacy. The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the same side of the house, with bedroom 4 being the perfect guest suite for grandparents or a 2nd couple, as it has a King bed with an en-suite bathroom, and can be accessed internally as well as externally.
A PC with free internet access is available in the study for guests.
