You can walk to the white sandy Kommetjie beach within 10 minutes, as well as a handful of local restaurants and a small supermarket. You are also a 1 minute walk from the best surf spot in Kommetjie, the famous "Outerkom" which you can see from the master bedroom and top balcony. You will be amazed at the size of some of those waves!
Beach Pebbles was originally designed around the kitchen, being the centre gathering point for most families and groups of friends. It boasts a large bench style table in the middle with views to the one side of the surrounding hills and to the other side of the Ocean. The Aluminium windows and cement screeded floors, along with the modern and open plan interiors, formal and informal living areas, make this Villa ideal for a large group or family.
