This is a stunning six bedroom house overlooking the length of Camps Bay beach, with the most amazing uninterrupted sea and mountain views from the living/dining areas, patio and pool-deck, and from two sea-facing bedrooms. Camps Bay’s long sandy beach, and excellent selection of restaurants, bars and cafes are just a short walk away down private steps to the beach road at the front of the property.
This is a double storey house for fun and entertaining. Apart from the spacious, high-ceilinged living/dining room, there are other entertaining/dining areas next to the kitchen and around the cocktail bar overlooking the split-level patio and pool deck (with heated salt water), where there is an outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers and a large gas barbeque/braai.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is particularly large and attractively designed, with high-ceilings and spectacular sea views, and it also has its own small dressing room and en-suite bathroom, again with great sea views.
