is located in a quiet cul de sac about five minutes walk up from Camps Bay beachfront.The entry level of Cape Vivendi is the main living area of the house. You enter the property at
the pool deck and as you walk into the front door you are struck by a double volume living and
entertainment area with large fireplace, minimalistic furniture and modern art and designer
furniture.
The living area, dining room and kitchen are all open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with
natural wood and granite finishes and a hidden washing up area and pantry. The open plan
dining area has a 10 seater table aswell as a cocktail bar.

The studio has got its own access from the road.There is a small cottage at the back of the house which is accessed from the kitchen or directly
