This gorgeous holiday cottage is a completely private and free standing one bedroom cottage, located in the most sheltered part of the Llandudno valley, offering shelter from the prevailing summer S Easter, (should it choose to puff). A pleasant 2 minute walk takes you through a shady glen onto the white sands of the beach without having to negotiate the sometimes busy traffic on the narrow roads leading to the beach.
Private off street parking makes life easy, even on the busiest, sunny beach days.
The cottage has one queen size bedroom. Opening up onto the deck, is a chill area with two corner benches, which can double as 2 children's beds. Down duvet bedding with top quality Egyptian cotton linen. Bathroom with full size separate bath and shower with 100% cotton bath towels.
The open plan, split-level lounge and dining areas can both open up fully onto the deck, which steps down to a tranquil breakfast/barbeque patio and secluded, private plunge pool and garden for casual indoor/outdoor living. Included is a new flat screen TV with Satellite and DVD/CD docking station. With the sliding doors opened all the way you can even hear the calming sounds of the Ocean.
The café style kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, with separate laundry/ dishwasher nook.
The cottage is protected by internal and external security beams and is linked directly to the local 24 hr ADT armed response unit.
