A reception area, located on the premises with friendly and professional staff who meet guests on arrival, assist with check-in and concierge services, including booking tours, airport transfers and car hire.
The 24-hour security service includes CCTV coverage and a guard on duty.
Guests are welcome to hand in their laundry by 10am, together with a laundry list at the reception desk. It normally takes 24 hours and can either be collected or a staff member will gladly return it to the apartment. Laundry services are offered at a very competitive rate.
Housekeeping services are offered from Monday to Saturday. A refresh service is offered every day and linen & towels are changed every three days. Service can be arranged at an extra charge on Sundays and public holidays.
