Description:
When driving past, one barely notices its size and scope, it is a design so well incorporated into the mountains natural textures. Steep ascending stairs lead one to either of the three levels of the villa. The signature trademark of the homes architecture is its ability to be either transformed into three, separate apartments(comfortably sleeping around 4-6 people in each) or main home and a guest story, each has its own saltwater pool or jacuzzi, or as one; triple-story villa that interconnects itself to every level.
All 3 suites have a balcony access as do the 4 additional bedrooms. Bathrooms are fitted with spa baths, seamless showers, under floor and towel rail heating. Glass, sliding door open out to the patio levels consisting to two jacuzzis, two saltwater swimming pools, of which one is heated, a gas barbeque and even a Zen Garden.
All three kitchens are finished with the latest technology in appliances. Two kitchens extend to a scullery, pantry and laundry room.
All three lounges have large plasmas, DVD players, CD players and I-pod docking stations.
A separate study is equipped with a computer and wireless internet access is throughout all levels of the house. While the villa sleeps 14, there are 2 sleeper couches which can extend the sleeping arrangement to 18 if needed.
