Silvertrees Cottage is situated in Bokkermankloof area of HOUT BAY surrounded by the most stunning mountain views. It is a very safe family area with lovely walks and swings/ slides for children to entertain themselves on.
During the day the house is normally drenched in sunlight through the five sets of French doors (three of the living area and one of each bedroom).
It has a lovely private small garden with a plunge pool to cool off in and a pretty courtyard surrounded by roses and lemon trees that catches the last of the evening sun. Furnished to a very high standard, along with Wi-Fi, DVD, large Plasma TV, and HiFi with iPod compatability.
