There are tennis and squash courts within 50 meters of the house, and the views and sunsets are just enchanting, with no obstruction of the view from all levels. The home is very private with direct access from the garage into the main house at street level (which is a quiet cul de sac).
On this level you will find the living areas (lounge/dining/kitchen) and a lovely roofed balcony with seating and dining furniture overlooking the garden, Llandudno and the ocean - the perfect spot to enjoy your al fresco meals, or just to sit back and soak up the views!
