The house overlooks the Kom with all its bird life and is perfectly situated for glorious sunsets over the ocean. A lovely shaded stoep (verandah) leads down to the garden and braai area. The house is well equipped for children of all ages, having a huge basement with a games room, TV room with sofa bed and a shower room with outside access for surf boards etc.
The main living area is open plan with sitting room, dining area and kitchen all leading onto a semi covered stoep overlooking the sea. Comfortably furnished with a beach home feel.
Upstairs you will find four double bedrooms with three of these leading onto a balcony with sweeping views. The master bedroom is large with an ensuite bathroom, the other bedrooms share a large family bathroom.
The house is fully alarmed and secure with plenty of parking. There is a resident houseman who lives on the property but with separate quarters.
Kommetjie has a selection of small shops for everyday needs, plus four restaurants and a pub and is just 7 kms away from a large shopping centre at Sun Valley.
